Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original clinical packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

  Ship to Clinic

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our dermatological specialists verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
